Youth Leadership groups: Pelham Youth Council & Club

Pelham Together sponsors a youth sector: the Youth Council (high school) and the Junior Council (middle school). Both groups care for the social and emotional wellbeing of their peers and community, and share the belief that establishing connection across age groups makes a difference. This group of young leaders coordinates a variety of social and community events, civic and service projects, and awareness campaigns in order to contribute to a safe, healthy, and vibrant community for everyone. Students build leadership and life skills in a fun, social atmosphere. The Youth Council meets on a monthly basis in the Village of Pelham Municipal Center and the Junior Council meetings take place on the first Thursday of every month in Mrs. Kitay’s room (room 181 in the middle school). The Youth Council is open to all students who are Pelham residents—you do not need to attend PMHS to be a Youth Council Member. To join the Junior Council, however, students must attend PMS. Email Olivia Ting (oting@pelhamtogether.org) to join either Council. Learn more >
