Approaches: Unhelpful patterns in our relationships can leave us feeling stuck, unheard, frustrated, exhausted and alone. I support couples, families and individuals (including teens and children) in working through emotional and relational challenges, such as persistent conflict, overwhelming life transitions, parenting struggles, communication difficulties, anxiety, emotion dysregulation and other issues that can impact relationship satisfaction and personal well-being. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of relationships and family systems. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, collaborative, and direct. Professional training includes the following evidence-based therapy models: Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Fees: $250/session

Insurance: I do not accept insurance although I will provide a super bill which can be submitted by clients to their insurance company for out-of-network coverage.
