Specialties: Diagnosis and treatment of ADHD. We perform a comprehensive evaluation, including a thorough history and a clinical assessment of the individual’s academic, social and emotional functioning, and developmental level.

Approaches: Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists design customized treatment plans, which may include:

  • consistent and predictable daily scheduling for the child

  • counseling and therapy to improve emotion regulation

  • Parent Management Training (PMT) to address behavioral concerns

  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for very young children with behavioral concerns

  • medications, including stimulants

  • special education accommodations (504 plans and Individualized Education Plans or IEPs)

  • support groups

  • training in social skills

We monitor and provide ongoing support to children and families with ADHD and any associated learning disabilities.
