BIPOC
About
In recognition of some of the unique challenges that BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) people face in accessing mental health care, Pelham Together has created this page to facilitate their access to care. The challenges include: racial trauma; stigma within the community regarding mental illness; lack of culturally competent providers; and insufficient access to affordable care. This page provides links to resources that address these challenges.
