To accomplish this, I approach my patients with warmth and empathic curiosity and utilize integrated and holistic methods of treatment.

Expertise lies in college students and adults suffering from anxiety (social or generalized anxiety, panic, OCD), depression, and/or dealing with significant life stressors or changes. I pride myself in risk assessments, and in discerning accurate diagnoses, thereby helping recognize normal patterns and behaviors from those more pathological. Whether virtual or in-person, I work with patients (and their families if warranted) to holistically address their concerns, and collectively develop effective interventions and treatment modalities.

I work with adults, children and adolescents. Areas of specialty in my practice include: anxiety, depression, loss, adjustment, relationship issues and mindfulness training. Using an empathic, strength based approach that is designed to help you to feel better and make positive changes in your life is the essence of my work.
