The Power of Routine and Partnership in Parenting

Calmer Kids, Stronger Families: The Power of Routine and Partnership in Parenting

Parents Talk Lunch & Learn (virtual)

Parenting comes with plenty of questions — especially when it comes to helping kids manage stress and big emotions. Join us for this virtual Lunch & Learn with Dr. Jennifer Murray, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, designed to help parents better understand anxiety in children and how family routines and relationships can create a calmer, more connected home.

From spotting signs of anxiety to building simple daily routines that give kids a sense of safety and control, this session will offer practical, real-world strategies you can start using right away. We’ll also explore how strong parenting partnerships make a big difference — for both kids and adults.

Grab your lunch, log in from wherever you are, and take an hour for yourself to learn, reflect, and ask questions. This virtual workshop (via Zoom) is geared for parents of young children (pre-school - 2nd grade), but is open to all and includes a 15-minute Q&A.

Dr. Murray is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Couples Therapist with over a decade of experience working with families and couples.

Registration IS REQUIRED. You will receive a Zoom link once you register.
