Introducing our new Clinical Supervisor, Erica Tracey!
We are thrilled to announce that our PT Counseling team is growing, just in time for the new school year. Please join us in welcoming our new Clinical Supervisor, Erica Tracey, LCSW to our team!
Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with close to a decade of experience in community mental health, where she provided individual, family, and group therapy and served as a Supervising Clinician for full-time staff and master’s-level interns. In her private practice, she works with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional and behavioral regulation, and neurodevelopmental differences. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care, and she holds certifications in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Erica is also an adjunct professor at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Services, where she teaches MSW students and supports their professional development and reflective practice. She is passionate about helping emerging clinicians build confidence, develop their clinical voice, and connect theory to practice. As a supervisor, Erica takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach, fostering curiosity, reflection, and growth.
Before earning her master’s degree in social work from Fordham University, Erica was a performer and attended NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater. She weaves her artistic, acting, and movement background into her work as a therapist, supervisor, and educator. Outside of work, Erica enjoys outings to the zoo and imaginative play at home with her kids, as well as quieter moments with her husband and dog.
